Our Cancellation Policy
For All Custom Made orders and All Standard Size orders:
1.Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
2.Orders cancelled after 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a refund consisting of the full shipping cost only.
3.Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
30 days guarantee
To qualify to return an item under this Policy, Products must returned within 30 days of receipt in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way by the customer during the time the item is in the customer's possession.
Unless otherwise stated in a product listing, all products sold at lightsinhouse.com are not able to be returned for change of mind purposes under this policy, then no returns for change of mind will be permitted.
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to Lights In House customer service within 3 working days from confirmation of receipt (or 8 working days from date of post if there is no evidence of receipt).
If a product arrives damaged, we will need Your help to document the damage using photographic evidence and report the damage to your local post office or courier as supporting evidence for Lights In House to make an insurance claim.
Lights In House will replace or repair parts of products if damage occurred before delivery.
Returns Policy Terms & Conditions
In order to organise a return under these terms and conditions, You must notify Lights In House customer service within 14 days of taking delivery of Your Product and request a return under this Policy. You must comply with the directions of Lights In House staff in order to facilitate Your return.
To qualify to return an item under this Policy, they must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not have been installed or damaged in any way by You during the time the Product is in Your possession. The Product is deemed to be in Your possession until the Product is received by Us pursuant to this Policy.
A re-stocking fee will also apply. The re-stocking fee will be calculated at 15% of the original purchase price, or $35 (whichever is lower).
The 14 day period within which You are eligible to make a return under this Policy commences on the date that You accept delivery of Your Product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 8 business days from the date of dispatch of the Product.
The Product must be returned to Lights In House within 10 business days of Your request to return Your Product under this Policy.
You must return the Products for which You are seeking a store credit or refund at Your own cost and You must comply with the directions for returning the Product that Lights In House staff provide to You.
After receiving the returned Products, Lights In House will issue a store credit or refund as soon as is reasonably practicable and You will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement.
Lights In House reserves the right to make changes to this Returns Policy without notice.
